APTA Physical Therapy Association Member Benefits

In the United States, the organization called the APTA physical therapy association is devoted to the professional and career field of physical therapy. Formally called the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA provides plenty of advantages for members. Speaking of members, there are over 72,000 of them across the country. APTA also has a Women's Initiative section as 70% of members are female. This helps women with key areas like pay equality, domestic violence, reentering the workforce after raising a family and more.

Also, patients can learn a great deal about physical therapy on the APTA site.
